On 10 October at 12:00, an informative and educational seminar on Latvia’s pension system will take place at the Cēsis Central Library. Remigrants are especially welcome to attend, providing them with a clearer understanding of the pension system, savings and insurance opportunities after returning to Latvia, as well as what to consider when planning their financial future.
Representatives of the Latvian Association of Pension System Participants (LPSDA) will explain how Latvia’s pension system works and how the 1st, 2nd and 3rd pension pillars are structured. Participants will learn more about inheriting 2nd pillar pension savings, choosing a pension plan and fund manager, lifetime pensions, as well as savings-based life insurance.
After the seminar, participants will have the opportunity to consult with specialists individually, ask questions relevant to their personal situation and discuss their financial circumstances. The event will conclude with a small networking session, giving participants an opportunity to meet one another and learn more about the services and opportunities offered by Cēsis Central Library.
We invite remigrants and other interested participants to take this opportunity to gain practical information and receive answers to questions about their financial future in Latvia.
